As a designated Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) in Oregon, our Board of Directors seek diverse representatives to provide valuable input around access to healthcare.

Our board is composed of patient and community members to ensure a variety of voices and perspectives are considered as decisions are made about services, cost, and community impact.
